What type of cleaning products do you use?

I am proud to be an eco-friendly cleaning company. I use Eco-Max products, Eco-max products are 100% plant-based cleaners, they have no harmful chemicals or toxins. Here are more details about the product I use. https://www.eco-max.ca/

Do you clean on the weekend?

My business hours are:

Monday to Friday:  8:00 am-6:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: are by appointment only

First time cleans

The first time I visit your home, I may require additional time to deep clean certain aspects so that future cleans can be can be maintained with my high standards. This will also be a great time for you to show me around and mention anything special you may want done.

What are my choices for payment?

I accept cash, e-transfers, credit cards and cheques.

Minimum hours & rescheduling

My minimum charge is 2 hours per visit. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call 250-686-6742
or email me at sarahnicely@hotmail.com failure to do so within 24 hours before your appointment will result in a late cancellation fee of $50.00.

Accidents Happen

I am covered through WCB and have liability insurance aswell for peice of mind.
